Mizen (mizen.cloud), published by L27 SARL, provides general information on the Tunis Stock Exchange and foreign exchange: prices, indices, listed companies' filings, indicators and financial statements, with the documents they come from.

The site can be read freely and at no cost, without an account. The publisher may suspend the service for maintenance or in case of force majeure, without compensation.

The account is free and optional. It gives access to the newsletter, alerts and the paper portfolio. You are responsible for your password and for your address being correct. You can delete the account at any time from "My account"; the publisher may suspend an account used abusively (automation, overload, impersonation).

Mizen publishes general information. It is not investment advice, a recommendation or a solicitation of orders, and the publisher is not a stockbroker. Alerts and the paper portfolio only apply conditions you set yourself; no order is ever placed. Only the official publications of the Exchange, the CMF and issuers are authoritative.

Isolated figures may be quoted freely with the credit "Source: Mizen (mizen.cloud), from ". Systematic extraction, copying of databases or commercial reuse require written agreement (contact@mizen.cloud). Prices and indices belong to the Tunis Stock Exchange; issuers' documents to their authors.

Data is collected and checked with care, and any reported error is corrected and dated on the Corrections page. It may nevertheless contain errors or delays: the publisher is not liable for decisions made on its basis.

These terms may change; the version and its date appear at the top of the page. A significant change is announced by email to account holders.

These terms are governed by Tunisian law; any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
